Fujitsu Sells Anaheim Plant, Seeks New Site

Fujitsu Business Communication Systems, which makes phones and related products in Orange County, has sold its Anaheim assembly plant and is looking for a new production site in the area.

The building’s new owner, Newport Beach-based real estate investor The Hamilton Co., is leasing the 11.2-acre site to Fujitsu for about 18 months.

The telecommunications manufacturer paid around $10 million for the 164,000-square-foot facility, according to sources.
