New Luce Forward Attorney Touts Estate Planning

Entrepreneurs take heed: The time to start planning your estate and providing for your heirs is best done before you hit it big, sell your successful company or take the business public.

That’s a bit of wisdom shared by James M. Cowley, one of five Rancho Santa Fe attorneys who recently joined Luce Forward’s trusts and estates practice group in its Carmel Valley/Del Mar office.
