$640,000 mural approved for UTB-TSC library

The TSC Board of Trustees approved on Thursday the completion of a $640,000 mural to be rendered on the front of the school’s new library. The mural, designed by Mexican artist Sergio Higareda and titled ‘Knowledge Without Borders,’ has sparked debate among trustees, who aren’t all convinced the project is worth the hefty price tag.
